U99 Terms and Conditions — Must be read before use.

1 General Introduction & Eligibility

U99 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform operating specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between u99 and its users.

By registering or using the u99 platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

U99 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration & User Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create a valid account on u99:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must not be residing in a country where online gaming is fully prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.

If a user registers with false information or operates multiple accounts, u99 reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Rules

The terms governing financial transactions on u99 are detailed below. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or approved cryptocurrency (USDT).

Under u99's Terms and Conditions, users must complete a minimum betting turnover equal to the deposited amount before making a withdrawal. If a transaction appears suspicious or there is reason to suspect money laundering, u99 reserves the right to place a hold on the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Each bonus and promotion on u99 has its own specific terms. The following general rules apply to all of them:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per user.
• The applicable wagering requirement (typically 15x to 30x) must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds may only be used for gaming purposes and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified time frame will be automatically cancelled.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

• Using bots, automated software, or any unfair method to play is strictly prohibited.

• Disrespectful behaviour toward dealers in live games is strictly prohibited.
• Any incorrect amounts or results displayed due to a technical error will be considered void.

If a breach of u99's Terms and Conditions is detected, the platform reserves the right to void any related winnings and suspend the account immediately.

6 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

U99 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gaming should be a source of entertainment — not financial stress. As part of these Terms, users have access to the following protective tools:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits — Set your own spending limits.
• Session Time Limit — Automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily pause your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your own account at any time.

7 Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All content on the u99 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written material — is the intellectual property of u99 or its respective licensors.

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content from u99 without written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse engineer any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• U99's trademarks or brand name may not be used without authorization.

8 Limitation of Liability

U99 is committed to delivering the highest standard of service; however, u99 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Unauthorized access to the account resulting from the user's own negligence or error.
• If any loss occurs due to a fault by a third-party software provider or payment processor.
• If service is disrupted due to an unforeseen technical failure or force majeure.

In any dispute or complaint, u99's maximum liability shall never exceed the total value of the transaction in question.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

U99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud, deception, or money laundering is found.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If evidence of registration by a minor is found.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance will be returned through the standard process.

10 Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

If a dispute arises between u99 and a user, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Users may submit a complaint to the support team, and u99 will provide an initial response within 7 business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations and the laws of u99's licensing jurisdiction.
